Use of customer and order data
If you place an order via our website, we collect the data required to process the order, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, means of payment, shopping cart, shipping method, browser and, if applicable, vouchers and delivery address. Your data will be treated confidentially and only passed on to third parties in the context of contract processing and where necessary. To process the payment, you must send your name, address and payment details to the relevant financial service provider. Your payment information is entered and transmitted using SSL encryption technology as standard. Your data is therefore protected from external access. We usually store information about you for as long as we need it for the purpose of collecting and using it and are obliged to store it. For example, we store order information for 10 years for tax and billing purposes. This includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and your billing and shipping address.
