• Cultivation method: Biologisch-dynamische Landwirtschaft. Baumnüsse von Hochstamm-Obstbäumen. Daneben werden auf dem Gut Rheinau auch Getreide, Milch, Fleisch, Gemüse, Honig, Kartoffeln, anderes Hochstammobst sowie Saatgut für Getreide und Gemüse produziert. Es handelt sich um ein sorgfältig gepflegtes, vernetztes System von Blumen-, Kräuterwiesen, Hecken und Alleen, welches Lebensräume für eine vielfältige Wildpflanzen-, Insekten-, Vogel- und Kleintierwelt öffnet und sichert.
• Producers: The 121 hectares of the Rheinau estate are farmed by a tenant community of five parties who are committed to diverse, biodynamic agriculture. The community has set itself the goal of achieving a balance between economic opportunities and the needs of nature and people. Profits generated from Gut Rheinau are fully reinvested in the soil, the animals and in human coexistence.
