This is how almonds are grown:

• Cultivation method: Organic farming.
• Producers: The almonds are grown by various members of the Valdibella cooperative. Valdibella has the almonds peeled and then processes them into light almond paste in its own factory. The cooperative uses the "Addio Pizzo" label to declare that it does not pay protection money to criminal organizations.
