Pecans are somewhat milder than tree nuts and are easier to shell. González Martín grows these nuts on his small organic farm in the Guadalhorce Valley near Málaga. In addition to pecans, González also harvests grapefruits, walnuts, pomegranates and other fruits on his farm together with his son and daughter. The pecans stay fresh in their shells. A healthy snack for in between meals!

- Producers: González Martín runs a small organic farm of 1.5 hectares in the Guadalhorce Valley in the province of Málaga together with his daughter and son. González is a member of Guadalhorce Ecológico, a cooperative that has joined Tierra y Libertad, our partner cooperative in Andalusia.
