Die biologischen Kräuter werden im kleinen Laboratorio in Canicattini Bagni von den Mitarbeitenden der Kooperative L’Arcolaio sorgfältig getrocknet.
• Use: Neben Gniocchi, Pasta oder Risotto, die mit Salbei verfeinert werden können, kann mit dem getrockneten Kraut auch beispielweise Tee zubereitet werden.
