Over the years, he has selected and diversified varieties according to ripening times and their adaptation to the soil and climatic conditions. Gioacchino is part of the Valdibella cooperative network and uses the "Addio Pizzo" label. With this label, they declare that they do not pay protection money to criminal organizations.
