• Cultivation method: Organic farming. These peaches are grown together with a wide variety of other stone fruits as well as pears, grapes and olives.
• Producers: The white peaches are grown on Gioacchino Salvia's 10-hectare family farm near Partinico in the north-west of Sicily. In the plain of the Gulf of Castellamare, which offers ideal conditions with its nutrient-rich soil, Gioacchino has specialized in the cultivation of fruit. Over the years, he has selected and diversified varieties according to ripening times and their adaptation to the soil and climatic conditions. Gioacchino is part of the Valdibella cooperative network and uses the "Addio Pizzo" label. With this label, they declare that they do not pay protection money to criminal organizations.
