How do our daily purchasing decisions affect food production and pricing? Are we as consumers powerful or rather powerless? And what does "true cost of food" actually mean?

These questions were discussed by Professor Philipp Aerni from the Center for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CCRS), Tex Tschurtschenthaler from the Cooperation Center for Solidarity Agriculture and Benjamin Krähenmann from Crowd Container. Here you can find the presentations of the three panelists and some news: The FoodTalk will be published as part of FibL Focus as a podcast for the first time!
